Using the Mux Switch on an Asus Laptop
Some ASUS laptops will give you the option to only use your dedicated discrete NVIDIA GPU via a Mux Switch. It's important to use the Mux Switch so that vMix can take advantage of your laptop's GPU. The Mux Switch can be found in the Armoury Crate software-
1) Search for the Armoury Crate application on your ASUS Laptop.
2) Once you have opened Armoury Crate, go to the System Configuration section and click on the Mux Switch. Make sure this has been change the Discrete GPU and then restart your laptop.
3) Profit!
